Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales team and developing and executing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Manage the sales team
- Recruit and hire new sales representatives
- Train and develop sales representatives
- Motivate and coach sales representatives
- Track and analyze sales data
- Meet sales goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
