Our Transformation Delivery services team is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.

What you will do
  • Leadership and Strategy: Lead and manage large-scale technology transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Develop and implement strategies to drive digital transformation and innovation across the service lines.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology transformation projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for technology transformation initiatives. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of technology professionals. Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes. Ensure that employees are engaged and supported throughout the transformation journey.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in technology and business processes. Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay current with the latest trends and developments in technology and digital transformation. Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives. Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Business Development (BD): Actively participate in business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting to potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Local Practice Development: Contribute to the development and growth of the local practice. Participate in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members. Promote the practice within the local business community and industry events.
  • Global Mobility: Align skills and capabilities with clients' needs anywhere in the world. Drive innovation and build a more inclusive and collaborative culture through diverse perspectives and experience
  • Strategic Operating Model Transformation: Define and implement new global business models, operating models, and central/regional implementation roadmaps. Ensure alignment with future business models and customer experience journeys
  • Sector and Account Management: Develop and execute sector and account strategies. Build and maintain account plans, manage relationships with industry associations, and participate in marketing and sponsorship activities
What you bring to the role
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner), and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) are highly desirable.
  • Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cybersecurity, and data analytics are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects is essential.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale technology transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and change management.
  • Technical expertise in digital transformation and innovation.
  • Experience in client management and business development.
  • Ability to contribute to local practice development.
  • Experience with global mobility and strategic operating model transformation.
  • Knowledge of sector and account management strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and project teams. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
