We are looking for candidates that have passion for technical challenges, a keen interest in AI technologies, show strong analytical and communication skills and have hands-on experience with planning, designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft enterprise solutions.
What you will do
The expected base salary range for this position is $112,000 to $179,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

What you will do
- Lead workshops with clients, document requirements, and design solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform.
- Assist with requirements gathering and provide design guidance for Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform projects - enhanced with AI and copilot technologies
- Perform solution shaping and data architecture, including estimation, solution planning, and creation of statements of work to meet customer requirements.
- Participate and lead cutting-edge work and projects around AI, utilizing tools such as OpenAI, GPT, Copilot, and others to enhance business solutions and drive innovation.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance in the implementation phase to ensure a successful delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform projects, also leveraging AI technologies
- Facilitate discussions to extract critical business requirements and present technical vision and solutions.
- Respond to pre-sales and technical inquiries, provide expertise, and conduct tailored software demonstrations. Offer best practices and solution alternatives for architecture design.
- Effectively communicate with clients, lead meetings, and manage action items.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest D365 CRM/Power Platform features, AI advancements, and best practices
- 7+ years hands-on technical experience in designing, architecting, and implementing Microsoft D365 CRM / Power Platform solutions.
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365 CRM /Power Platform SDK for plugin, workflow, and app development.
- Experience in providing pre-sales support, including developing proposals and conducting demonstrations for data architecture solutions.
- Extensive .NET, C#, and JavaScript (e.g., vue.js, React, TypeScript) experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL technologies.
- Expertise in developing integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience leading or participating in business process and requirement gathering with key stakeholders.
- A university degree with a preference for computer engineering, computer science or related background.
- Microsoft and/or Azure Certifications are a plus
